One of the "New Kids"

QUESTION

“I have read your book THE BIG BOOK OF NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCES, and would just like to get your opinion of whether you think my daughter Robin experienced something that you are familiar with. First of all, I must tell you that Robin died on June 2nd, 2008 of a pulmonary embolism at the age of 21. It was very unexpected. But when she was five years old, we were at her Dad’s hockey game and she was hit in the head with a puck, and it required 8 stitches to close up the wound. Later that evening at the dinner table Robin said, ‘Mommy I have to tell you something. I had a little dream before I was hit with the puck. I had a dream that I was going to get hit in the back of the head, so I closed my eyes and ducked.” She knew it was going to happen before it happened. We weren’t in any apparent danger; she was sitting with all of the other people in the crowd and it wasn’t a new experience. She had been watching her Dad play hockey her whole life.

“The reason why I am asking your opinion on this experience is because I wasn’t with Robin when she passed. And if she had some sort of a guardian looking after her that day at the hockey game. I am hoping that she had some sort of special guardian with her the day she died. She had a hard time understanding God (as most people do), and I told her that’s why she was given a permanent scar on her head to remind her of that little dream and that there is more to this world than what we can see with our eyes.

“She was an A student. She was exceptional in math. She finished in the top 3% of her finance class at University the year she died. She made the Dean’s Honour Roll, too. She was an Honours Business Student. She was also musical and wrote beautiful poetry. I have attached a picture of Robin and her boyfriend. He was going to propose to her that summer [picture cannot be displayed].” – Suzy

ANSWER

Allow me to be personal here. I have no doubt Robin was one of the “new kids.” If you have read BEYOND THE INDIGO CHILDREN, then you know she fits the profile to a “T.” I became involved in researching the new kids because I kept noticing how similar they were to children who had had a near-death experience - as if they were exhibiting the aftereffects of the phenomenon. My research of these children showed me that indeed the new crop of citizens are more than just better, they are the vanguard of what esoteric tradition teaches as the Fifth Root Race (“root race” in the sense of foundational gene pool). The majority of these kids (since about 1982) are just like or very similar to your daughter, and they are able to know or suspect the future as a natural trait in their “stockpile” of abilities - not as something special or otherworldly.

To more specifically address Robin’s particular knowing and later death, please read WE LIVE FOREVER, and especially that part in the book on the “coming of full death.” Actually, all of us know when we are going to die. Deep inside, we know. That part on the “coming of full death” will give you the pattern of how people display or exhibit that inner knowing. You might find great comfort in that little book. I wrote it after the death of our 2-year-old granddaughter Myriam. She too exhibited the same pattern - just like Robin did.

Thank you soooooooooooo much for sharing such a heart-filled story. You were a good parent in telling Robin what you did. I am certain she remembered your words when she needed to. – PMH
